bdesy Terms & Conditions

bdesy operates an online gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdesy website, mobile version, and all related services.

When you open an account at bdesy, log in, or play any game, you automatically accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

1.4 Geographic Restrictions

bdesy's services are operated for users in specific regions. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform from their location complies with local law.

2.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account, including in cases of unauthorised access by a third party. 2.2 Account Verification

bdesy may request a national identity card, passport, or other proof at any time for identity verification. If the required documents are not provided within the specified period, the account and payment processing may be temporarily suspended.

2.3 Account Closure & Suspension

bdesy may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Involvement in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
• At the user's own request.

Upon account closure, the process of returning any valid balance will be at bdesy's sole discretion, unless a decision to confiscate has been made due to a breach or fraud.

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Funds can be deposited at bdesy via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.

The time for a deposit to be reflected in the account may vary depending on the method and technical conditions. If any delay occurs, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may be slightly longer if account verification or additional security checks are in progress.

bdesy reserves the right to complete any necessary identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. An attempt will be made to process withdrawals via the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

Deposits and withdrawals must be made from the account holder's own mobile banking or bank account. Use of a third party's account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdesy offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, the bonus will be ৳1,000 and the total balance will be ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in total bets to be completed.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus once only.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after accepting the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or abnormal betting patterns will be treated as fraud.
• bdesy reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion.

4.4 Other Promotions

The specific terms for reload bonuses, cashback, and other offers will be detailed on each promotion's page. Those terms apply alongside these general Terms.

5.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits

There are five VIP tiers at bdesy. Users can be promoted to a higher tier based on regular activity:

• Bronze: maximum weekly cashback of 0.2%.
• Silver: maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%.
• Gold: maximum weekly cashback of 0.5%.
• Platinum: maximum weekly cashback of 0.6%.
• Diamond: maximum weekly cashback of 0.8%.

Decisions on VIP tier changes are made entirely at bdesy's discretion. Cashback is provided on a weekly basis and wagering requirements may also apply to it.

5.2 Changes to VIP Benefits

bdesy may change the structure, benefits, or cashback rates of the VIP programme at any time. Such changes will be published on the platform.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games through software, bots, scripts, or other automated means.
• Collusion or illegal coordination with other players.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game system.
• Bonus abuse — in particular, attempting to complete wagering rapidly using the Martingale strategy or other methods that amount to risk-free betting.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

6.2 Ensuring Fair Play

10.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy together form the entire agreement between bdesy and the user, and replace any prior oral or written understanding.
