Reading decimal odds is straightforward. Say a team's odds are 2.50 — that means if you bet ৳100 and win, your total return will be ৳250 (৳100 × 2.50). Your original stake is included in this total. So the net profit would be ৳150. The higher the odds, the higher the potential payout, but the event is considered less likely to occur.
An accumulator bet is when you combine multiple separate selections into a single bet. If all selections are correct, the odds are multiplied together, which significantly increases the potential payout. However, if even one selection is wrong, you lose the entire bet. Example: if three matches have individual odds of 1.8, 2.0, and 1.5 respectively, the combined odds would be 1.8 × 2.0 × 1.5 = 5.4.
The rules for betting on BPL (Bangladesh Premier League) and international cricket are essentially the same. However, international matches — such as the ICC T20 World Cup or IPL — typically offer more markets and more varied odds.
